Growing up in Houston County, I attended three of our system's greatest schools- Bonaire Elementary, Warner Robins Junior High, and Warner Robins High School. Go Big RED! After graduating from high school, I attended Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, and earned my first degree in education. I then married my husband, Dean Bagwell. My husband and I are actually celebrating our 33rd anniversary on August 4th, 2023. We have been truly blessed with three wonderful daughters, Blaire, Camille, & Mary-Preston. Blaire works as a nurse in orthopedic trauma, Camille works as a physical therapist, and Mary-Preston is a first year teacher here in Houston County. I am very proud to say that all of my children attended school here in Houston County and all are former Warriors! Away from school, we all love spending time together attending our beloved Georgia Bulldog football games, playing all sorts of board games, and spending time with our extended family which includes our three precious pups- Fuzzy, Beau and Bella. :)
This will be my 30th year teaching public school, and I am so very excited about the 2023-2024 school year. I look forward to getting to know each of my students and their families this year.
